个人简介：
刘明清，同济大学利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣助理教授。曾于剑桥大学进行利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣后研究（合作导师：Harald Haas, 爱丁堡皇家学会院士, IEEE Fellow, Li-Fi提出者），同济大学计算机科学与技术利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣，长期从事无线光传能鲁汶大学联合培养利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣，/通信/定位研究工作，共发表期刊论文50余篇、会议论文10余篇，其中以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表IEEE TWC、IEEE TSP、IEEE TVT等中科院一区/二区Top期刊论文12篇，获授权发明专利14项。另外主持利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣自然科学基金委项目1项，入选上海市白玉兰浦江人才计划，并参与利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣重点研发计划课题、面上项目等多项。获2024 IEEE WPTCE最佳论文提名奖、贝尔实验室全球利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣项目杰出创新奖、上海市优秀毕业生及同济大学优秀利物浦官方合作伙伴欧洲杯买球官宣论文等。担任期刊Electronics 客座编辑、2025年IEEE ICCC Workshop联合主席及2025年IEEE ICOWC分会场主席，在光信息与光网络大会等领域重要会议作邀请报告多次。
